Each week in Australia, four precious lives are lost to childhood-onset heart disease (CHD), and every day, eight children are diagnosed—that’s one every three hours. We have the power to make a real difference by supporting HeartKids and raising awareness of the vital work they do for children and families affected by CHD.
Last week, our Crown offices across Australia got their hearts racing in support of HeartKids. Each office organised a short walk near their location to raise awareness of HeartKids’ efforts for children and families impacted by CHD. With team leads coordinating the walking routes, everyone enjoyed a refreshing stroll while stepping up for HeartKids.
Unfortunately, due to rainy weather, our Sydney office had to move their walk and picnic indoors. Despite the change in plans, the team still came together to show their support and make a difference.
