Initial consultation
We conduct a comprehensive in-home or live video consultation with one of our interstate moving experts to guide you through the interstate moving process, assess your move size and determine the best relocation plan for you.
Pack your belongings
On the scheduled moving day, we arrive at your home to carefully pack your belongings into specially designed removal cartons. We also disassemble, wrap, itemise and prepare your furniture for interstate transportation or storage.
Safe loading
A detailed and descriptive condition report packing list of your belongings is compiled and your packed items are carefully loaded and secured into an interstate linehaul container at your residence.
Transportation
The container is transferred to our warehouse for security sealing. It is then transported interstate by road or rail to the nearest Crown Relocations network branch for delivery to your new home.
Final delivery
Delivery to your new home is arranged for a date which meets your property availability and travel schedule. We unpack the cartons, re-assemble and place all furniture items to your satisfaction and dispose of any packing debris and mess.
Post move follow-up
Our local Crown office is there to be provide support, advice and assistance at destination, this extends to a detailed post delivery follow-up to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the service you have received.
